These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.noireluxury.com and your purchase of products from NOIRĒ LUXURY. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian.

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.

3. Product Information

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and sizing may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT (where applicable).

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna/Clearpay (subject to approval).

  • Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted once you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • Payment is not authorised.

  • The product is out of stock.

  • There is a pricing or product listing error.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delays may occur during busy periods or due to factors outside our control (e.g., postal strikes, customs checks).

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days (see full Returns Policy for details).

  • Certain items are excluded for hygiene reasons (underwear, swimwear, earrings).

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

8. Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.noireluxury.com — including images, logos, text, and designs — is the property of NOIRĒ LUXURY and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

10. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
