A: Simply browse our collections, add your chosen items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided through payment and delivery options.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We process orders quickly, so please contact us at noireluxury@yahoo.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After this, we can’t guarantee changes.


PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna/Clearpay (subject to approval).

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes — all transactions are processed via encrypted SSL connections through trusted, PCI DSS Level 1–compliant providers.


DELIVERY

Q: How much is delivery?
A: UK Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) is £X.XX. UK Express Delivery (1–2 working days) is £X.XX. Orders over £75 qualify for free UK delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A: Yes — items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Some exclusions apply (see Returns Policy).

A: We aim to process within 5 working days of receiving your item.

A: Most products can be machine-washed on a cool setting and air-dried. Avoid tumble drying for printed or embroidered pieces to maintain quality.
