Returns & Exchanges
At NOIRĒ LUXURY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and straightforward.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit (unless faulty).
Exchange-Only Policy (if you want this instead of refunds — confirm before publishing)
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, or for an alternative product of equal value. If the chosen replacement costs more, the difference will need to be paid.
If you’d like to keep refunds as an option, I can adjust this wording.
How to Return/Exchange

Email noireluxury@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange authorisation.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason.

Once approved, return the item(s) within 14 days using a tracked delivery service.

Keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item free of charge within the UK.
Processing Time
We aim to process returns and exchanges within 5 working days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email confirmation once complete.
International Returns
If returning from outside the UK, clearly mark the package as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid customs charges. Any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
